Getting started as an Account Member

Once an admin has added you to your company's Uppercase account, you will receive an email message inviting you to join the account.

Activating your account

To activate your account:

Locate account invitation email sent by your admin from Uppercase.

Click the activation link found in the email.

Set your password to activate your account.

Follow the instructions for your initial account setup.

If you receive a message that your activation link has expired, please ask your admin to resend the invitation.

Account setup 

On activating your account, you will be prompted for information to set up your profile. This information will be available to your colleagues to make it easy to recognize and contact you.

Profile information requested

  1. Profile photo
  2. Tagline & location
  3. Contact information

You can skip past providing this information now and enter it later in the app.
